  • Yes. Vinyl fencing can be cleaned with a variety of products. Water in a pressure washer is a good start. Lacquer thinner will remove paint and other markings made from bicycle wheels and lawn mower.

  • No. Paint does not adhere to vinyl.

  • Yes. However, it is a process. Set the posts approximately two feet deep (with concrete). Let dry for several days, then insert the rails, slats and caps to finish it off. All the slats are made in tongue and groove fashion so it all fits together like a puzzle.
